THIS GROUNDBREAKING NEW RESORT IS SET TO INVIGORATE THE SUNSHINE COAST

Developer Sanad Capital reveals masterplan for integrated resort & leisure village coming to Steve Irwin Way

Sanad Capital have today announced that they are pushing forward with plans to develop the best resort complex in Australia ‘Invigorate Resort’. Escape the ordinary at this brand new resort which is set to encompass a mixture of family-friendly villas, a day-spa, restaurants, cafes + sports bar, open air cinema, sports club, tennis and basketball courts, swimming pool, water-based activities including stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking, arcade and ninja indoor play centre plus a waterpark featuring a number of exhilarating and refreshing rides and activities for all ages, which will all be open to both resort patrons and the public.

Invigorate Resort will offer ‘something different’ for holiday seekers and locals to the Sunshine Coast. A destination to explore, eat, drink, play, relax and stay that will cater not only to families but also to couples seeking relaxation; that is within a 30-minute drive some of the Sunshine Coast’s best offerings including Australia Zoo, Aussie World, Mooloolaba Beach, Buderim Falls, Sunshine Plaza, Eumundi Markets, Brouhaha Brewery, Flamehill Vineyard, Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve, Montville and many more.

Tourism on the Sunshine Coast is continuing to skyrocket, with new 2019 statistics reporting that more visitors stayed and spent more money on the coast than ever before. Sanad Capital Managing Director Mr Bradley P. Sutherland said, “Invigorate Resort will be a favourable compliment to the overall development of our 25ha site, providing a much-needed new tourist destination to energize the holiday offerings on the Sunshine Coast, and it will also be open to the public in advance of Actventure”.

Sanad Capital are currently finalising the plans for Invigorate Resort and the water park with their team of Consultants before lodging the Development Application to Sunshine Coast Council which is expected to happen this month.
