Bradley P. Sutherland

Bradley P. Sutherland wields a strong track record in multiple domains: investment banking, raising equity, international level business development, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, trading in capital markets, corporate strategy and risk, master planning communities, golf course operations and design, and commercial, residential and retail property development. But Sutherland is indeed best known for his acumen in turning around profitless projects.

Alongside Sanad Capital, Sutherland also serves as a key Board Member, Partner and the General Manager at a Dubai-based diversified business conglomerate. Before joining up with the group in 2010, Sutherland served as CIO to a privately owned company with offices in London and Abu Dhabi, and managed its investment portfolio across the US, Europe, Asia, the GCC.

He also served as the Director of Real Estate at a specialised development company with Tatweer, Dubai Holdings (DH), where he shaped several high-profile commercial, residential and retail developments in Dubai during his tenure. Also, as the former Head of Retail Leasing for Colliers International across the MENA region, Sutherland facilitated the development of quite a few malls in the region.

Sutherland is a keen lover of most sports being namely tennis and water sports and at one time took to professional golf. He is also a member of multiple local associations and international sporting bodies.

Brad is a family man and lives in his family home on the Sunshine Coast with his wife and two kids. He also resides in Dubai and London.
